Project Details

This magazine spread project was an opportunity to explore one of the icons that shaped Modernism, the Swiss architect Le Corbusier. His Villa Savoye in Poissy, France, is a textbook example of Modern Architecture.
I attempted to make a contrasting approach to the Modernistic style, by incorporating vivd colors all across the spread, yet maintaining a structural typography and layout that reflect that period of design. The outcome is an in-between style, not too Modern, and not too Post-Modern.
